We want you to be 100% satisfied with Fozoco Eyewear glasses, so we offer a full 30 day guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. For any exchange or refund requests, please contact us via email with your request at info@fozoco.com.

After contacting us, we request that the customer send the product back to the address we will provide. Once the product arrives at our address, it will be analyzed by the Fozoco quality team.

Fozoco maintains a direct relationship with the main eyewear manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring quality and integrity in their products and services. However, occasional adverse situations may occur, and we are fully committed to resolving them in the best possible way. Therefore, important instructions are provided below:

In the case of dissatisfaction:

You can exchange or return the eyewear for any reason. If the product is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, you can avail of the exchange and return service within 30 calendar days from the day you received the purchase. The first exchange is free, but from the second onwards, a shipping cost will be charged. In case of out-of-stock, we guarantee your exchange for the same model in another color or another model of the same value!

Cancellation of the purchase:

Every consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days from the receipt of the order. In this case, all values (including shipping) will be refunded after the return of the goods.

Important: It is crucial that the merchandise is not violated or damaged, meaning the product packaging must be in perfect condition and with its original factory seal.

In case of exchange: We will resend a new product after the analysis is completed.

In case of return: The refund of the paid amount will be made within 30 days after the analysis.

Our warranty is subject to the following conditions: 

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 
  • The product must be in perfect condition and in original packaging 
  • In case of exchange for another model, we will pay for the freight of the glasses to be sent to you. Only for the first exchange, we will not be responsible for subsequent exchanges. 
  • We are not responsible for products delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please check the shipping information carefully.

In the event of purchases made during promotions such as "Buy 2, Get 1 Free," it is important to note that the customer cannot return only one pair of glasses. In this context, the customer is required to return the pair of glasses that did not meet their preferences, as well as an additional pair corresponding to the promotional item given as a gift.
